Dr. Odimientimi Agbedeyi Congratulates the Newly Appointed Polytechnic Leaders

In a major development at the Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, the institution has announced new appointments following the resolution of the Delta State House of Assembly on 23rd October 2025, which upheld the decision to fill the vacant positions of Rector and Bursar.

According to the institution’s Official Bulletin (Vol. 8/No. 29) released on 29th October 2025, Dr. (Mrs.) Erere Joy Anho has been appointed as the Acting Rector, while Mrs. Regina E. Chukwuemeka will assumes office as the Acting Bursar. Additionally, Dr. Chika Ogonwa has been named the Acting Deputy Rector for a period of six months.

The appointments, which come at a crucial time in the institution’s administration, aim to strengthen leadership and ensure the continued pursuit of academic excellence, innovation, and transparency within the Polytechnic community.

In the bulletin signed by the Information and Public Relations Department, the institution commended the appointees for their dedication and commitment to the growth of the Polytechnic.
